WTT? my Canon 70-200f4 (nonIS) for more mm

I have a Canon 70-200mm f4 non-IS, and I just upgraded to the 5D2, and now it's not so telephoto anymore... it's a great lens, but now it's just not quite enough to get those birds as easily anymore...
so I am just throwing out there, the offer of a trade, or trade+cash, my 70-200 for maybe, a 100-400mm? or maybe a 400f5.6 prime? or? something by Tameron/Sigma?
I can post pics of my lens as it is now (in great shape with box, hood, etc) if anyone's interested
I have always kept a UV/Polarizer filter on it, and it always hangs out in a padded weatherproof tube (water bottle holder!) when it's not on the camera.

oh, and I would prefer local/in person if possible (I might travel almost anywhere in the PNW for a great deal though :deal)
