    When I was out driving around today I was keeping an eye out for something along those lines and wondering how to make it work.

    Good catch. Not a critique but wonder what you could do to make it better. any way to get closer to the notice and still show it is a door?

    Move closer, it's not clear that the sign is an eviction notice without your title.
