Blocking certain IP ranges especially out of country.

I recently noticed a sufficient amount of traffic from outside sources loading up my smugmug.. (through stat counter and analytics)...

Is it possible to restrict certain IP ranges from viewing your smugmug?
I know it's a longshot but im very curious about this...?
