I posted a shot not long ago from this spot 3 years ago. I was compelled to stop again and pull the tripod out of the trunk.

    I like it. Perfect SS for a beautiful water effect. I would guess that is a man made dam it being so uniform. Are there any other perspectives to shoot this from below?

    thank you for the response. I've been to this spot on several occasions and nothing below that has interested me. This time I didn't go below, just a quick stop on a leisurely drive. It is a man made damn. I'll post one in this thread from a different angle (of the pond, sans waterfall from yesterday) in little while.
