Year of the fish?
*sigh* I'm beginning to get discouraged here. It's rained almost EVERY DAY at the best local climbing area. We headed out to do a huge climb last night. When we got there the fog was nice and thick. Visibility about 30 feet. It cleared up some in the morning so the rain could come down harder. Let me know what you all think of these pics! Specifically the first three.
I made a little use of the fog for this. Got a bunch of other foggy shots that didn't work at all.
Back to the all-too-familiar dry cabin.
Tried a little hiking to amuse ourselves, and this seemed like a decent idea.
Then of course the obligatory jump-into-the-frigid-mountain-lake-almost-naked-while-it's-raining shot. This shot was really hard to get as I was forced to stand near-naked myself, waist-deep in the icy water fresh runoff from snowfields. Gotta love it!
*sigh* MAN I wish it was dry enough to climb.
