Errors updating thumbnails

I'm getting a ton of errors cropping thumbnails. Is there a problem with the servers tonight? Pretty hit or miss, but once I get the failed message on updating the crop for the thumbnail, it always fails for that photo.

Probably helps to include a link to one of the images with the problem...

    Hi Jay,

I run a repair for the image as the thumbnail sizes were not in order. Can you give it another try?

That helped, but still found one that isn't working:

Any idea what the source of the problem is? I'm glad to have it fixed up, but I'd like to get the root cause of the issue fixed if possible.

    Thanks,
    Jay

I fixed this image for you as well, so you should be able to adjust the thumbnail now. This can happen whenever there's a problem with the image in our systems. This happens rarely, but we do see it from time to time. If you see this again, try simply rotating the image, and then rotating it back again. This usually un-sticks the image and will allow you to crop the thumbnail.

Thanks for the work-around. Hopefully I won't have reason to try it :)
