Our county-run gymnastics center wants to put together their website.
In addition to the coaches, staff, schedule, info, etc., they want to put team pictures and names. Team photos will not be licensed. However, there may be a time when team photos will be sold; e.g., to parents, team members, etc.
Does the center need approval from the parents to put the formal team and individual photos on-line? Might gut feeling is no - but just wanted to check...
