For my first post on DG I thought I would share a few shots from my first game of the '09-'10 hoop season. D2 Le Moyne traveled cross town to upset SU in a preseason game that people in Syracuse are still talking about!

All photos are taken with a D300 at ISO 1600, 1/800th at F/3.2. C&C welcome and appreciated. Enjoy!

Nicely done. Excellent Action. On my monitor they appear to have a slight redish cast to the uniforms. Perhaps you're a bit warm on your WB.

Thank you! I used Kelvin WB and all the photos did come out too warm. I had to cool them down in PS.

Really nice stuff, and a great year for the Big East. I'm a Pitt alum...

What focal length are you shooting here? Please note whether you are accounting for the camera crop.

    Thanks

All photos were taken with a 70-200 2.8 on D300 that has a 1.6x crop factor.

#1-3 were shot at 70mm. #4 was at 82mm. All photos were cropped additionally in CS4.
