Can anyone identify this bird

The attachment is some sort of Tit, but I'm not sure what, I thought it could be a coal tit or a great tit but the head is wrong and the beak looks too long. Any suggestions please

I've seen Blue Jays where their head feathers are moulting; they look just like miniature Turkey Vultures!

Thanks Guys and thanks for the welcome.
Jwear: I ruled out warblers, we dont have any with that black bib, the pic was taken just a couple of days ago. There were a three types of tit (Blue, Great and Coal), Dunnock, Blackbird and Robin all feeding from the same stump.
Pyry: Yeah I have a leaning towards Great Tit - but if my barber gave be a haircut like that ..........................
Will: I think you could be right about the moult - it could be a moulting Great Tit. I described it to my wife as looking like a Vulture headed Tit ¦:o)
