Does Smugmug now capture rating from XMP?

I saw in the release notes that Smugmug is now parsing metadata from the XMP container in JPEG images in addition to EXIF. Is Smugmug now capturing the <rating> tag in the XMP container so that we can sort by rating?

Virtual galleries, filter by rating and sorting by rating would be an awesome combination.

    G'day John,

The initial plan was to implement the XMP equivalents of what we already capture: caption and keywords.

Then move on to handling common XMP and makernotes...but there is no timeline for this yet.

I agree that it would be an awesome idea.

    Cheers,

Thanks for the thoughts David. I use rating extensively in sorting/prioritizing my sports team photos in Lightroom (thousands of photos from which I need to pick a smaller subset to display). I could do all sorts of awesome things with rating on Smugmug if Smugmug knew about it and had it available in virtual galleries and perhaps sorting.
