Elements 8 Question-I'm Puzzled

When I first installed elements and would then open a raw file, elements opened with the ability to complete tasks on the raw image itself before saving as .jpg.

Laptop developed a virus which was cleaned up but required me to reinstall elements. Now when I open a Raw image, it opens in a window without all of the tasks on the right side.

Not sure what happened to those controls. Anyone might have a clue.

This Might Help
Open your program. In the top right hand corner click the square to reduce the size of your window. Mine will re-size to about half the size. Now look about halfway down the window on the far right side. You should see what looks like the tip of an arrow. Click. Done. Re-size window.

If that don't work start clicking stuff under you "window" drop down menu.
