Deleted Photo Still Showing

I created an gallery and put into it a photo. I deleted this photo but it is still showing...?

The original path to the photo was like mysite.com/galleryx/categoryx/image
but now the properties are showing mysite.com/photos/image#.jpg

If you try to access the /photo directory directly it returns invalid address.
Any ideas?

I need a real link to the gallery to help you, thanks.

Refresh your browser's cache? I can't see any image.

cleared cache, history, cookies, all of it.

Seems to work at first, then comes back on line.
What happened was I added the image to a forum (not as attachment) linked it. Now when deleting all the said items, the image does not show. However, when visiting the forum it's still there.

There a few weird things happening with my site. On my about page my image sometimes shows and sometimes does not.
About Page

On my portraits page it is showing only ½ the image on my wife's monitor in IE. Seems fine on every other monitor I've looked at.
Portraits Page
*again only in IE

Just some weird stuff going on. I like having more control of my content than what I seem to be getting.

it's really gone, promise. You just have a persistent cache. Nobody else can see it.

With regard to you bio image - do you have External Linking enabled for the gallery where your bio image is located?

On a different note there needs to be a space before the # sign in the red in your CSS:
/* things you can hide on page */
.gallery_10965344 .nophotos h3, /* if no photos in gallery */
.gallery_10965344 #albumNav_top,
.gallery_10965344#albumNav_bottom,
.notLoggedIn .gallery_10965344 .journal_entry, /* hides photos in gallery */
.notLoggedIn .gallery_10965344 #breadcrumb {display: none;}

You may have to correct that in several areas in your CSS.

With regard to your other problem: what version of IE on the computer?

Deleted photo and started over, seemed to fix the problem. I have the image located in that gallery (About) it's not linked from the Bio.

Corrected and thank you for pointing that out.

At work using IE8 looks fine. I'll have to check and see what version is on my wifes pc when I get home. I'm having to use her pc right now, my five year old Dell XPS died last week. Waiting anxiously on new arrival.

Thank you for the help, greatly appreciated!

I just checked on two machines running IE6 and the entire image is showing on those machines - ne_nau.gif.

Nope - sorry about that. My home has IE8 running via parallels on a Mac, and the office has IE6.
