I know.. I know.. why not rent. because its so stinking expensive during this slow season. I am looking to purchase in the spring... I would be willing to pick up locally (northern VA, MD, winchester, WV areas) and pay what I would have paid to rent $25.00-$35.00 minus the shipping.. (gosh I wish we had a rental place local) ..and I'll leave my first born as collateral

let me know if someone local might be gracious and trusting to loan this lens for a short time.
