I was walking through an older section of town a few months ago, and came across a camera shop that had been closed for a while. This was up in the window. Amazing how far we have come in just a few years...

    Digital photography has come a long way..... when you buy a new camera... 18 months later you will be shooting with old technology :D

    Thanks Mary.

    As far as the 18 months Azzaro, I am hoping through software updates, I can keep my D300 going strong for at least three years total. I would say five... But I want to go FX in the next couple of years. THAT one I hope to get five years out of.

    Heck, even back in my 35mm days... 5-8 years was a pretty good stint before moving on. :-)
