I have a fantastic 100-400 with a date code of UX09xx this lens was manufactured last Sept. I have owned many of these over the years and I would say this is one of the best I have owned. There is not a mark on it and nice and sharp. It comes with everything as new and comes with the invoice. My price is high but you pay for what you get and this one is good
