    GREAT thread!!!
But I can't decide if it's about photo quality or more about making you drool!?!?!?
And it really doesn't matter to me!:D
May I make a suggestion that if said food was at a restaurant, that the restaurant name and location must be included so we all may judge the quality for ourselves?mwink.gif
I'll throw in a couple of mine, not based on photo quality, but on drool production ability!
This is at Anchor Bar and Grill in Superior, Wisconsin.

And this is from Purple Pie Place in Custer, South Dakota!

did you notice how the batter is just flaked off at the top of that one ring to allow the onion underneath to be browned to a nice sweet crisp...

I never thought that I would post a pic here, but coincidentally this weekend my brother and I went to a Renaissance festival. While there we ordered some food and one of the dishes was called "bangers and mash" Strange name to match a strange dish.

Traditional Southern lunch on New Year's. Hog jowls, blackeyed peas, turnip greens, and corn bread. Pepper sauce for the greens and real butter for the corn bread. Sweet iced tea to wash it all down with.

First time shooting food. The assisted living where my wife works did a special valentine's dinner. I used a strobist style DIY lighting box. How did I do?
