IF you're going to convert it, please, please, please, black and white, not whatever.... BUT - I am going to surprise quite a few people and say I like this one in color. My only 'improvement' suggestion would have been to let the cyclist get closer before you shot, but that's now wheels over the pavement, and what you've got is what we see. Nice shot.
I like them both, but for me the green wall with yellow light coming from the windows adds a mood that is lacking in the monochrome. OTOH, the shadow of the bike is better in the second. Hmmm.....tossup, I think. Keep 'em both.
