I'm kinda interested in this as well... Does anyone have a way to combine it all?

What does everyone else do to manage their contacts?

Don't use Outlook (sorry). I use my Mac, which through google.com/sync automagically syncs contacts from my iphone, Mac, and google contacts. Very convenient. Update anwhere and all are synced. Same for gCal & iCal as well.

I think google.com/sync does it for Outlook as well.

Haha I do not have a Mac or Iphone, I have Windows so I use outlook, and It syncs to My Windows Mobile Phone.

But I have heard that that combination with the iphone works fantastic!

I'm a mixture of both. I have an Iphone but I have a PC. I can sync my gmail and my Outlook contacts, but haven't found a way to sync Facebook.
