WTB: EF 28-70mm f/3.5-4.5 or EF 35-105 f/3.5-4.5

Hey,

I am currently hating my EF 28-80mm V USM Lens for its horrid optical quality and wanted something better. Doing some research I found good results for the EF 28-70mm and EF 35-105mm. I'm looking to buy one of these lenses in the $50-75 range (but am willing to negotiate) and live in the Western KY area.
