Anonymous 19th Century Image Needs Identifying

i figure dgrin would be the best place to figure this out. This image is at the Paul Paletti Gallery and is from the !9th century. Paletti does not know where the image was taken or who took the image. art history majors help us out and identify where this photo was taken. maybe even who took the photo.

I moved this to The Big Picture. I'm afraid I can't help with the ID but hopefully, someone else will.
BTW, the link you gave doesn't offer different size options and is right-click protected. Maybe you could change the gallery settings.

Yep, that sure looks like a match. The statues are all gone in the new pic...perhaps they're all in the British Museum.
