Norton could be causing some mischief; is it possible to temporarily disable it to see if you have any luck? If Norton is blocking the upload, turning it off should help.

I'd use our Simple uploader here:
    http://www.smugmug.com/help/upload-pictures

You can clear your browser cookies/cache, and the next time you open the uploader it should ask you to "allow."

If you can contact our Heroes directly, we can give you instructions for clearing your browser cookies/cache, we just need to know which browser you're using.

Also, can we get a link to your site, to check the upload log?

    Thanks very much. :)
