So, here is the official gallery to give your C&C for DSS#43

Anyway, let's start feedback on DSS #43!!
This thread is:
It's easy to post thumbnails (with help from our Moderator).
With the image selected in the gallery, copy its URL from your browser, add "-Th.jpg" to the end, delete the jumble of numbers and letters preceding the hashtag (#), change "gallery" to "photos" and that's it.

- a place to ask someone "how did they do that?"(for us all to see:D )

Thanks for the comments on my shot. Some have asked how I got the color in my processing.
In the HDR process, I used some pretty aggressive settings to bring out the wood tones of the doors (which also gave it a somewhat grainy look as well):

Afterwards, I changed the mode from RGB color to Lab color and applied the A channel with a Soft Light blend mode in Apply Image which brought out the grain of the doors even more and popped some of the reds.

And then just applied a Hue/Saturation adjustment where I increased the yellows a bit to bring out the brass doorkicks, played with the brightness/contrast, straightened, and cropped. That's it.

Darn those firewalls! Judging this round was no easy feat. Glad you got through it relatively unscathed.
