Variance in viewing images on Wide-Gamut Monitor

I've noticed some weirdness in viewing images on my Eizo CG241 through SmugMug. The images look fine on PS/LR. They look fine as the main image on the screen. However, the thumbnails and slideshow are very much more red than the large image. I am exporting via LR to sRGB so this shouldn't be a tagging issue.

What is very funky and does make me think it has something to do with color space/tagging is that on IE, the images are all consistently red in all three formats (single image, thumb, and slideshow).

Any insights would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Have you tried this with other browsers? I know sometimes various browsers have their own way of 'interpreting' color. ne_nau.gif

As an aside, I love my Eizo as well. iloveyou.gif I've had this one for almost a decade (tx-d7s) and it's still going strong. clap.gif

It depends upon your browser. If you are using a color-managed browser (Safari or Firefox 3+) and have a color-calibrated screen, then the main image is color-managed and should display very nearly the same as Photoshop.

I do not believe that the thumbnails are currently color managed so they may look differently depending upon the characteristics of your monitor.
