This is my first time posting in this forum. I took these for a "hubcap and tail light" challenge in a photography group I recently joined. One of our local dealers had a room of classic cars, and they allowed me to snap some photos. Would love some feedback. Thanks for looking!

These are the sorts of shots I do a lot (cars and motorcycles) so they caught my eye right away. thumb.gif

I like 1. although you could show the whole headlamp, might give it sort of a '50s "alien spaceship eye" look that might be interesting. I think 3. does a better job of this and is probably my favorite of the group. The bisected shots don't do much for me, I think they start to leave out too much information about the vehicle but the paint on the Cadi, shot 5., has a nice satin quality to it that I like.

Thank you both for the feedback! A wider lens might have come in handy; I used a 50mm. I had to shoot pretty close to the subjects, so I had to try and get creative. These were a lot of fun to shoot, though, more so than the new cars on the lot!
