Printer ICC Profile question

I recently ordered prints from EZPRINT and they were just plain awful. The colors were not right, the photos were not sharp. When I printed the same image on my Epson R1900 they matched my expectations. Additionally the paper was really cheap, very thin. I typically print on Epson's premium luster paper.
Needless to say I am very disappointed with this service. Has anyone else experienced issues, perhaps Bayphoto would have been a better vendor to use. Is there an ICC Profile that I should be using when I send these out to print?
Please help!

Did you contact SM's help desk?? The only time this has happened to me, I had an uncalibrated Monitor, and the prints came back dark. They fixed them for me, sent new ones to me, and didn't charge me extra. help@SmugMug.com
EZ used to have an ICC profile you could download from their site, but I found that calibrating the monitor was my biggest issue~ Also, you can choose to "AUTO" color correct the photos from your COntrol panel/Settings menu.
I haven't had any issues with the paper myself, we use Kodak Edge and Endura Paper: http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/Kodak+Edge+and+Endura+Paper+Specs
We do have the ICC profiles available for you, both are on this page: http://www.smugmug.com/help/display-color
Bay Photo's hand correction is a great way to print http://www.smugmug.com/help/choice-of-printing-labs
