Arrange Sub-Catagories?

Total Newbie question, but when I display sub-catagories under a catagory, is there a way to sort/order the subcatagories like there is with Galleries? I don't want to have to wade through all the sub-catagories and sort them, but instead would like an "Organize" button on the sub-catagory page for the catagory in question.

An example:

Catagory 1
.. Sub 1
.. Sub 2
.. Sub 3
Catagory 2
.. Sub 1
.. Sub 2
.. Sub 3

I would like to force:

Catagory 2
.. Sub 2
.. Sub 1
.. Sub 3
Catagory 1
.. Sub 3
.. Sub 1
.. Sub 2

Without having to sort my catagories and subcatagoies all at once.

Possible? Future addition? New user off his rocker?
