ok, here is what ive worked hard for... I just cant get any better than this... remember this is hand held....... no tripod for me.
i worked out the DOF issues, ive worked out my composition issue.... so this is it...

    i was checking out some of your earlier posts. i think you have nailed it, although many of your earlier ones are really good as well. don't know why you would stop now.

    Smooth, though it is kind of a bummer. to get the ultimate........ nowhere to go?

    You are already handholding......... I don't have any suggestions, that is a darn good shot.

    never in a million years would i have believed that i could take such a picture..... its becasue of reading and watching what others do on here that i even get involved anyway.... im sure there is much better out there and maybe my skilss arent that good but .... Im glad and very proud of what i produced..... i like this hobby a lot...

    i do not use any flash.....
    ISO 800 f8.0 Shutter Speed 1/800 focal length 150 mm

    im doing this from memory, but i believe it is about correct.
