    Your title really got my attention because my son is both a wrestler and a gymnast and in 2 years will have to decide between the two since their seasons run concurrent in high school. His gymnastics has definitely helped his wrestling as far as flexibility and strength.

    Love the picture, as someone else mentioned I think your lighting is always so well done!!'
