out their, through the fog
to survive as an island
living for the return
a return to heal
to live a life

If I had one nit, it would be that the photo may need to be leveled just a bit.

Ron I think their is some lens distortion going on in this. The bridge looks level to me. So I can level the water or the bridge. I will have to see if I can fiddle with PS and get both level.

It looks to me Like Your catching the rise in the road plane of the bridge. level the water and let the bridge climb as that's (IMO) how it was originally seen.
Very Nice capture with cool contrasts
EOS Rebel XS Digital/ EOS 7D/ EOS 6D

Canon speedlights and Alien Bees
composition relays the message so well with its just enough in frame.
And has been mentioned, the light is so sweet as you captured it
with your subjects.
As it happens so often with a photographic result we edit through,
we find that what if scenario. What if that person would have been
2 steps back or that whatever could have been in the picture deal.
Mine with this pic is, what if it was a passenger liner. Would that
convey "a life away" with more impact? Just wondering on my part.
