A local Coast Guard cutter in Portsmouth, took a load of blind people out for a day of fishing on the bay. This particular man was blind and suffering from very painful cancer. I sat with him for quite sometime. i wish I could at least remember his name.

(I was a photojournalist in the Coast Guard)

Great capture... I would think his name is not really important in this situation...

I worked with the head injured for a while and it was always fishing that grounded them. I wish I had captured the moment like you have.. thank you.

I was feeling sad reading through here. Thanks for adding a little bit of a happy ending.
