My flash slideshow is broked

All I want is a simple, reliable flash slideshow linked to my smugmug and embeddable in my Wordpress self-hosted blog. And for the life of me I can't seem to make this happen.
Here is the main page of my blog. The current post, "2010 New England Pond Hockey Classic Recap", has a slideshow using the code I found in the 'Embed Flash Slideshow' section here:
http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/Flash+Slideshow?rootCommentId=4522048
It seemed to work at first, but now, somehwat consistently, it displays the first image at normal size but incredibly pixelated (like a thumbnail getting blown up into a larger size), then subsequent images show up as tiny thumbnails. Obviously not what I'm looking for.
I am somewhat knowledgeable about web stuff, and coding languages, and images...but I can't get this baby to fly each and every time, so much so that I'm looking for another way to do this. Can anyone find an obvious error?
I begrudgingly use IE7 at work (no choice), but a combo of Firefox and Chrome at home.
FWIW, here is the link to the gallery that I'm referencing:

Thanks all!

It has an easy slideshow builder. You just check the options, and it writes the code that you can cut and paste.

Thank you Samir...that tool is wonderful, and I replaced my code with the code generated by it. The first time I viewed my site, it looked perfect. Then I was editing some other posts (moving the whole blog over from another domain) and noticed that my slideshow had reverted back to the same issue that I was seeing above...where the first image is very pixellated, and subsequent images are tiny thumbnails. In addition, the thumbs on the bottom were not there.
Can anyone visit this blog post:
http://www.backyard-hockey.com/2010/02/08/2010-new-england-pond-hockey-classic-recap/
And report back what they see? Maybe click the link, view a few images, visit another site, then come back in the same browser window? That's what seems to break it for me. I tested with Chrome and Firefox at home last night and it seemed to work, but using IE7 here at work gives me the issue I'm describing. I'm ok with blaming Microsoft, except that they still have market share and about 45% of my site visitors use IE.
I only have FF, and it looked great to me. But like you said, Chrome and FF look fine.
I would try the following. Reboot computer, try it in IE only and see if it works perfect. If it does, close IE and try it again. If it's perfect again, do what it takes to make it mess up. Once it does, close IE again and try it again. If it's perfect again, it's some sort of memory issue or an issue with the flash plugin and IE. Let me know what you find out.
P.S. The hockey shots looks awesome!
