    The second one is horrible - how can someone's arm bend like that? Sometimes it is hard to watch wrestling.

    Can you share your settings and equipment?

    That second one happens in probably half the matches!

    D700, 70-200, f/3.2, ISO 1600, 1/250 (some maybe slower, was playing a bit), 4 SB800s on pocketwizards fired into ceiling for bounce.

    Great stuff Tim. They look strobed "just enough", as in the strobes lit it well enough to not really look strobed. Not that harsh light and strong shadow look.
