I was going to vote 1 because of the texture of the plants and the wispy clouds.

I am one of the few here -- going with #1. It is a more unusual shot. They are both very nice shots, but I like the texture of the stalks, and the way I look though the plants to the sun. #2 is strong, but it is a more typical shot than #1.
