I'd appreciate any advice on this photo. I think the only real negative to it is that it seems so blown out, with the white sky. The snow on her hat and the sky blend together so she doesn't pop out very well.

I do not like the reworked version as much.
I hope you don't mind but I copied it off and played around with it. Maybe a small color saturation boost, very slight contrast increase and then some light sharpening would make it pop a bit more.
I think this is one of those If It Aint Broke....moments.
Excellent shot, enjoy it as is.
