I bought a LumiQuest FXtra Gel Holder and Gels for my 430EX, but I can't figure out exactly how to attach it to my flash :dunno . It's probably not as hard as I'm making it (which is my tendancy), but it just isn't "clicking" for me.

Just put the velcro that came with it on the flash and velcro it to the flash. It folds over the front. If you use a diffuser, put that on and make sure that the velcro is far enough back not to interfere.

If I post it, please tell me how to make it better. My fragile ego can take it.

That's kind of what I thought, but positioning the velcro far enough back not not interfere with other light modifiers is going to be a problem. It folds over the 430 just enough, and the clear panel that holds the gels still hovers above the output lens by about a quarter an inch, which probably isn't really a problem, I just thought it should lay flat against it.

    Thanks.
