    Thanks for commenting Guys. It really is tasty - takes 2 - 3 hours to cook over low burning embers. What's great is that once the bacon is cooked, the fillet is as well. 10944573-Ti.gif

    Thanks again for comments guys!. Anyone want to give me an indication as to which they prefer? headscratch.gif I've got one of the cooked fillet without the bacon cherries (don't have cherry ripes here rolleyes1.gif).

    I prefer the cooking one, meat is just that much tastier when it is cooked. I also like how you have the cherries laid out in front of the fillet.

    ohhh definitely the juicy cooked one with the bacon wrapped cherries...the colors are exquistite and screams tasty...thumb.gif
