Making prints

I've created this in Paint Shop Pro from one of my nature pictures. I didn't adjust the size of the image, but I made the black boarder a bit larger than the pixel size of the image. When adding text to the images does it distort when creating prints of different sizes?

no, but it does get proportionally larger or smaller like any other part of the image.
