How to Delete a Catagory and it's Photos

How can I delete a Catagory and all the photos in it. When I do this through Control Panal, the Catagory and all the photos get moved into the "Other" Catagory and I have to then go to each individual Gallery and delete the photos from there.

You have to delete the individual galleries. A category is not a container like a folder on your computer. It's just an attribute of the galleries. As you've found, deleting the category doesn't do anything to the galleries themselves other than change the category attribute.
