Good Evening Folks,
I shot this picture earlier today at Garrison Forest Church, in Owings Mills, MD using my 5D and 10-22 at 12mm. I like the original picture because of the fisheye/vignetting effect. The cropped version is a great close up, considering I was literally 7' in front of the bldg. Comments appreciated. Thanks for looking :thumb
Have a good evening

Look at those icicle's!!!
I like the 10-22 because of the ultra wide angle. You can use it starting at 11mm. At 10mm, the rear element hits the mirror. By 15mm, the vignetting is gone.

Yup, only 7'. The walkway is about 2.5' in front of the windows. The piled snow is about 4.5 wide. That lens really gets in close. Talk to you later.
Have a good morning

my 10-22mm is on the way , I can't wait !
Thank you. Congrats on your new lens You'll really enjoy it if you like wide angle shots. I modified my 10-22 to use with my 5D for interior shots.
Have a good afternoon

That's really a wide, neat perspective, those Icicles make it really
look so cold, I am ready for Spring already!!!

It was cold there yesterday afternoon. I wanted to shoot more pics in the cemetary, but the wind picked up, and my hands were starting to tingle, even with gloves on. Spring is right around the corner. It has to be. Pitchers and catchers report to work next week
Have a good afternoon
