Beautiful shot and processing Craig thumb.gif

Educate me some: Why is the tide so drastic here?

Another one of your masterpieces here, Craig. I can't get enough of this stuff. Many thanks for sharing.

Take care,

Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Howdy Randy,

Thanks!!!

Here's the link to the Bay of Fundy site, it's really a very unique

place and experience. We got to see all three types of tidal changes, the Veritical, Horizonal, and the Tidal Bore. The 3rd type is when the incoming and outgoing tides run into each other create large waves that they actually have tours that "Ride Them" in the Zodiacs<G>

We can't wait to return to Nova Scotia, unbelievable beauty and History.
Take care,

I live on the other side of the Bay. The opportunities are amazing. Highest tides in the world. At the Hopewell Rocks (near Moncton, NB) you can walk on the ocean floor twice a day. If you go in to Saint John, NB you can ride the rapids in the Reversing Falls Jet Boats, if you're in to that sort of thing.

C'mon up for a visit, folks. It's worth the trip.<img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/iloveyou.gif" border="0" alt="" >

OK - I love to brag about my home. Sorry.

Howdy Michael,

Thanks very much. It's really a stunning sight to leave for a while and all the water is out, then 4-5 hours later it's full:D
