Photo share question

I have photo share turned off on my site & I would like to keep it that way if i could. I would like to post one of my pics to the Dgrin page and I dont know how. :dunno
I know I would normally just type in the web address but on a gallery page its not working. I know this is a Noob question but please help

You can always construct the photo link. Here's an example from one of your galleries.

http://www.photographybygerry.com/Portfolio/Animals/11243150_qJCGT#788539234_N6vna

The photo number and key is after the # in the url.

Take that and enter into this.

Since external links must be on for that to work wouldn't it be easier to hide the share button when not logged in and display it when logged in? That way you could grab the link when logged in, but other users would not see the share button.

Or am I missing something?
