How do I get the filename added to keywords so it's searchable?

i read that as long as you have "Filename Keywording >Enabled" in the control panel that the filename is supposed to be a keyword. that means you can search for the filename correct?

how do i automatically get the filename in the keyword without adding individually. the keyword bulk function doesnt offer this option.
