Moving Galleries into another

Last year I deleted all my dance pics to get ready for this year. Not the galleries. uploading the pictures (new) is no problem however. On my navbar when houver over say dance you get the dropdowns (Platinum.Coming Soon).Then the flyouts.

My problem is when you click on the gallery Platinum I woulld like all the subgalleries to be in there (all the dance numbers that are in the flyouts) this was don last year and when I deleted all the pictures I can't get them back that way. Sorry for such a small problem..
