Not All Photos are for Sale...

I have listed my galleries as for sale and yet I still cannot put a good number of my photos in the cart... I have no idea why because they are all roughly the same resolution (minus those in the Aviation gallery, I cropped those quite a bit). Any help on why this is happening would be appreciated. The option to buy the photos in the cart is simply greyed out and it cannot be selected. All my photos are 6.2 Megapixels so I am pretty sure it isn't a size issue.

That's the thing, it is all of my galleries. There will be one or two photos from the whole gallery that can be purchased. The one I am noticing this most in is the automobiles gallery...
