problem with embeddable links

There seems to be a problem with getting embeddable links.

If I go to each photograph I want to link to (in my blog) and get a medium embeddable link, the correct photograph displays in the blog and when the photograph is clicked, the correct photograph is launched in the SmugMug gallery.

If, on the other hand, I use the back and forward links under the thumbnail in the get a link panel, the correct photograph displays in the blog, but when the photograph is clicked, it launches the wrong photo in the SmugMug gallery (I think the photo before or after the one I linked to).

Not sure how long this has been a problem, but I know that it happened with a post I was working on today (which I fixed). I found the problem on the following post as well (published yesterday) - http://2totravel.blogspot.com/2010/02/half-of-two-to-travel-went-to-turkey.html. I'll hold off fixing this blog post , but see 3rd and 8th photographs for examples.

Would appreciate someone taking a look at this.

    Will do ... however, the problem does not seem to be gallery specific ... the two blogs that I found this problem on pull photos from different galleries.

    I've never seen it advance the gallery link properly.

    Click the share, get a link.
    Copy the photo link, paste it in blog entry.
    Click the tab to Gallery links, click gallery link, paste it in blog entry.
    Click the photo links tab, click arrow to go to next photo.
    Copy the photo link, paste in blog entry.
    Click the tab to Gallery links >>> gallery link still points to photo that was current when I initially clicked share... get a link. So if I use the gallery link provided, the photo that is current does not match the photo in the photo link tab. I expected that when I moved to the next photo in the photo links tab that the gallery links would also advance to link to the gallery with the "correct" photo highlighted.

    I have the exact same problem. I am just trying SmugMug now, following recommendations, but was extremely frustrated with this as my photos are mainly used for blogging. But after reading this thread, I see this is a bug and I need to be careful not to use those arrows when "sharing". Perhaps the arrows shouldn't be there until this is fixed?
