It fits the theme, but unfortunately isn't very dramatic, and the sunflare might turn some people off.
To salvage it in Post Processing I would try:
* 10:4 vertical crop, effectively cutting out the guy on the right
* Bring up the blacks using levels
* Using "selective color" adjustment layer, I'd make that sky look a little more intense
Just my 2 cents. Let me know if you need help with any of the PP stuff. That being said, there is still a weekend left, I'd try to go out and shoot some more.
There was another post where the flare did bother me, but this one is kind of interesting. You have the three in silhouette and the flare going down and illuminating the fourth guy.
Overall it could be a little stronger but it does meet the challenge.
