    Black feet = Great Egret
    Yellow feet = Snowy Egret :D

    Nice shot, and I like that you left room for him to fly into the frame. Tough to control exposure on these guys as the whites are easy to blow out with the nice blue sky behind. Thanks for sharing your good fortune.

    Good catch, Gary. I've been around these kind of birds all my life....never knew the bit about their foot coloration.

    The picture was taken with a D90 Nikon and the lens is a Nikon 80x200mm f2.8 ................ azzaro
