Not sure about the forum for this one.

Yesterday, here in Austin, Tx, a man was upset with the IRS and Government and flew his plane into a 7 story building housing an IRS office. This building is close to our office. We first saw the smoke and then saw the report on TV.

This is sure the right forum - and you have certainly taken us right into the heart of the scene.clap.gifclap.gif But I have to ask - are these the colors you saw, or have you done allot of pp on these images?

I live near this area and it certainly looks heavily PP'd to me.

Wow, what an awful scene. Great photos though! Too bad they come from such a terrible scene.

Thanks for the kind words. The first one is an HDR but the colors are fairly close to the original and what I saw that day. The other two are more saturated in trying to bring out some of the detail of the plane and damage.

A terrible story there but well captured. I bet a B&W conversion would bring out more detail too.

You may be right on the B&W idea. Will have to try that. Thanks for stopping by.
