Pano of Seattle, what is wrong?

So based on inspiration gathered from the giant pano of SanFransisco that the SmugMug team was doing, I decided to try a two row pano of the Seattle skyline. It ended up being 23 shots total for the 2 rows. There seems to be something funky with the lighting on the right side over the bay though. Anyone feel like helping a guy out and letting me know what you think it is?

It looks like there was some mist moving in and it caught the yellow lights pretty good.

yeah, i see it too... looks like just plain ol' light pollution from the sodium vapor lights in SoDo. the light might've fooled the metering or perhaps the white balance in your camera.

Was the WB on auto or was it preset by you? If it was auto and you have the RAW files, you might try to apply the same WB to all the frames and then stitch.

I would crop it just to the right of the mountain, and a little bit off the bottom, FWIW

I will be trying this tonight! I didn't even think about the fact that the AWB would have been different for various parts of the city!
