I have a 40D ready for a new home. It is in great shape, the only things I can really notice are very, very fine marks on the upper LCD, and just a couple of very fine marks on the rear, very hard to see unless you have good lighting. This has taken some great shots (just over 31K per EOSinfo), it is a really excellent performer. Below are some sample shots, if you would like other test shots, I can try to get some up, like high ISO ones maybe.
Comes with box, charger, aftermarket battery, neck strap, usb cable, both manuals, and the Canon solutions CD.
